It is important to establish that an individual is fit to undertake the tasks they are due to be employed to do. If they have a disability they may require adjustments or increased support to perform their new role to the best of their ability.
Starting with a simple emailed questionnaire any stated medical concerns or disabilities can be followed up with a more detailed assessment and report.
Feedback to the employer can be fit for work, fit with the following adjustments, or (rarely) unfit.
